Role Overview:

 

Oversee all site operations, ensuring project planning, scheduling, and execution. Enforce safety regulations and company policies while coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely project completion. Monitor progress, adjust as needed to meet deadlines and budgets, and manage site personnel including hiring, training, and evaluations. Prepare and submit reports to senior management, collaborate with engineering teams on design plans, and maintain accurate project documentation.
