In line with our commitment, the company pledges to operate in strict accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act of 1974, The Management of Health & Safety Regulations, and all other relevant current regulations and codes of practice, always maintaining practicality in implementation.

Our management is dedicated to assessing significant risks, ensuring that each employee and contractor can perform their duties safely and without jeopardising their health. This includes the provision and upkeep of suitable equipment in a safe condition, as well as the creation of secure systems of work. Our unwavering goal is to continually elevate our Health & Safety performance.

EFL actively encourages all personnel, to promptly report any encountered safety issues. Each team member retains the right to refuse work if they perceive it as a risk to their safety or others'. Should anyone identify a task or condition jeopardising wellbeing, work must halt immediately, and the situation reported to the responsible person. Whenever opportunities for safety improvement arise or safety-related issues surface, we act promptly, allocating adequate resources for resolution.
