Role Overview:

 

Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our demolition and earthworks contracting team. This is a full-time role located at our office in Milton Park, with travel required to multiple sites. Projects range widely in size, complexity, and geographical location.

The role involves producing applications for payment, including valuation of variations and loss and/or expense. It also entails agreeing on interim payment amounts with clients and monitoring when payment notices are due, received, or outstanding. Additionally, preparing project budgets in collaboration with Contracts Managers and the Operations Director, and monitoring budgets against costs and projections monthly.
