We have a great opportunity for an Office Administrator to be an integral part of our team. We are looking for an Office Administrator to organise and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to ensure a high level of organisational effectiveness and communication across our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Managing correspondence (answering phones, responding to emails, and handling inquiries), scheduling appointments, and organising meetings to ensure the office functions efficiently.

  • Office Management: Oversee office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Ensure a clean, organised, and professional work environment.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and files, including employee records, client information, and financial documents. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform various ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.


Key requirements for this position include:

  • Strong organisational & communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn new software programs.

  • Attention to detail for accurate data entry, document preparation, and proofreading.

  • Problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and unexpected situations.

  • Professional demeanour and ability to maintain confidentiality.
